The location is ideal, especially if you're a medical student, and everyone in the building is a grad student. Located on the intersection of Huron and Fletcher, there's a few bus stops with a 30 second walk in either direction that will get you anywhere, including on the blue buses and AATA!
As you can see in the photos, I have rabbits. Pets are OK in this building, though the only other animal there right now is a cat. And though it looks VERY lived in, I've been there for over two years, but it will be cleaned before you move in, and the walls are all getting repainted!
I'm moving out on December 21st and the lease goes until August 2009. You will have the chance to renew the lease if you love it as I did! It's well heated in the Winter, and definitely cozy.
